SIDARA, Timor Leste (Oct. 23, 2017) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, build concrete formwork as part of the renovation process on the Sidara Health Clinic during Exercise Hari’i Hamutuk 2017, along with Australian Defense Force (ADF) and Timorese Army (F-FDTL) engineers. They are building the formwork to create a concrete retaining stem wall to an existing foundation that was in disrepair and ultimately enabled them to provide bench seating around the clinic front for patients to use.
