Boatswain's Mate 2nd Class Ralph Tassy directs an MH-60R Sea Hawk helicopter attached to the "Ghost Riders" of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 28, during flight operations aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Porter (DDG 78). Porter is on its fourth patrol in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations in support of regional allies and partners, and U.S. national security interests in Europe.
