U.S. Marines with Battalion Landing Team, 2nd Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), participate in Virtual Battle Space III (VBS 3) field artillery training aboard USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7), Atlantic Ocean, Nov. 7, 2017. VBS 3 is a simulated program used to enhance tactical decision making, communication skills and squad-level tactics by creating enhanced integration between artillery units and observers to improve call-for-fire.
