Sgt. Gerald Manansala, an interior electrician for the 797th Engineer Company and Spc. Jessica Storch, a medic with the 1984th U.S. Army Hospital, proudly stand as the 2011 9th Mission Support Command’s Non-Commissioned Officer and Soldier of the Year, respectively, here, April 24. The two were presented with Army Achievement Medals and individual trophies.
