The uniform shop located inside the Charles C. Carson Center, at Dover Air Force Base in Dover, Del., houses service uniforms in addition to every award, decoration and appurtenance from each military service for use during mortuary affairs operations, Oct. 24, 2017. The Charles C. Carson Center is home to the Port Mortuary which is responsible for returning all Department of Defense service members, civillians, and contractors who perish during contigency operations overseas.
