NORFOLK, Va. (Nov. 8, 2017) -- USNS Maury Ship Master Joseph Goodwin (left) discusses ship operations on the bridge of T-AGS-66. Oceanographer of the Navy and Commander of the Naval Meteorology and Oceanography Command Rear Adm. John Okon and Commander, Military Sealift Command Rear Adm. Dee Mewbourne co-hosted a tour aboard USNS Maury (T-AGS 66) at Norfolk Naval Base. Crewmembers of T-AGS 66, a Navy Pathfinder-class oceanographic survey ship, recently completed its first survey. The tour was attended by senior leadership from Naval Information Forces, U.S. Fleet Forces, Navy Reserve Forces Command, the Navy's Warfare Development Command and Carrier Strike Group 10.
