Nicholas Myers, from Licking, Mo., maneuvers the eight-wheeled vehicle on the tight streets of the Iraqi capital's Ghazaliyah neighborhood during operation "Arrowhead Strike 9" March 23. The joint operation consisted of cordon and search operations to limit the amount of violence and militia activity in the area.
