John Troxell’s aide, demonstrates the parachute sprint at one of the 21 stations during the Physically Mentally Emotionally Hard Gauntlet, April 29, at Watkins Field, Joint Base Lewis-McChord. Troxell developed PME Hard after a deployment to Iraq, and hopes senior leaders will take the program back to their units.
