Staff Sgt. Joshua White, I Corps Command Sgt. Maj. John Troxell’s aide, demonstrates the parachute sprint at one of the 21 stations during the Physically Mentally Emotionally Hard Gauntlet, April 29, at Watkins Field, Joint Base Lewis-McChord. Troxell developed PME Hard after a deployment to Iraq, and hopes senior leaders will take the program back to their units.
