An engineer from the Vanuatu Mobile Force runs a course to lay blocks at an engineering civil action project site at Lorethiakarkar School during Pacific Partnership 2011. U.S. Navy Seabees and Vanuatu Mobile Force engineers are working together to build three schoolhouses on the island of Espiritu Santo from the ground up. Pacific Partnership is a humanitarian assistance initiative, which promotes cooperation throughout the Pacific, which will visit five island nations this summer: Tonga, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea, Timor-Leste and the Federated States of Micronesia.
