U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class James Mayo, a munitions system specialist deployed from the 23rd Equipment Maintenance Squadron, Moody Air Force Base, Ga., assures proper configuration of the fin assembly on a Mark 82 General Purpose bomb at Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan, April 27. The fin assembly houses a GPS Guidance system that guides the bombs to its target.
