A small pleasure craft operator drives by a red buoy and cooler that are tied to and being used to mark a sunken vessel near Shilshole Bay Marina in Seattle, Nov. 18, 2017.

The operator of the 34-foot wooden-hull gill netting vessel, reported approximately 200 gallons of diesel aboard the vessel at the time it sank.
