Lt. Col. Benjamin Palmer, a native of Kingsport, Tenn. and the command surgeon for the 20th Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosives (CBRNE) Command, highlights the importance of veterans to the community in his Nov. 10 presentation at Liberty High School in Eldersburg, Md. The school’s USO Club decided to honor local veterans with a program and free breakfast on Veteran’s Day.
