As U.S. Army 1st Lt. Leo Su, 1st platoon leader, A Battery, 1st Battalion, 84th Field Artillery Regiment, 170th Infantry Brigade Combat Team reads, U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Jonathon Spataro recites the Oath of Enlistment for his re-enlistment during a ceremony on Combat Outpost Qaisar, Afghanistan. Spataro said, “It felt good and it’s something memorable. I like doing what I do and it’s important for the new soldiers to see this event.” This was Spataro’s second time re-enlisting in a warzone.
