Argentine welders install pieces of the foundation for the Pressurized Rescue Module (PRM) aboard the Sophie Siem at the Comodoro Rivadavia port, Nov. 23, 2017. Sailors from Underwater Rescue Command (URC) deployed to Comodoro Rivadavia with two rescue assets, the Submarine Rescue Chamber (SRC) and the Pressurized Rescue Module (PRM) to support the Argentinean Navy search and rescue efforts of the ARA San Juan (S-42). URC Sailors deployed with the rescue systems are highly trained on their use and routinely exercise employing advanced technology in submarine rescue scenarios.
