As part of the job, loadmasters, Senior Airmen Rob Faucher and Brett Grove, help direct a pallet safely onto the back of a C-130 Hercules. Loadmasters cover a variety of jobs, from briefing passengers to monitoring engines for safety and proper starting. Both Airmen are loadmasters with the 386th Expeditionary Operations Group.
