SAN DIEGO (Dec. 2, 2017) Culinary Chief Daniel Johnson, the Lead Chief Petty Officer of the Supply Department at the Navy Operational Support Center (NOSC) North Island talks on the phone with his superiors to ensure the supply needs for over 1,000 Reserve Sailors and civilians who drill at NOSC North Island are meet in a timely fashion. Reserve Sailors supplement and work along side their active duty counterparts out to sea, on land and in the air, covering all rates and jobs that the Navy has to offer.
