U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Fabian Tovar, a combat engineer with 9th Engineer Support Battalion, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, fires at a target during the Far East Annual Marksmanship Competition on Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, on Dec. 6, 2017.
