Having removed the Pacific Paradise from the beach on Oahu, responders stop just over a mile offshore to transfer the towline from one tug to another and prepare the 79-foot commercial fishing vessel to be sunk at an EPA-approved disposal site 13 miles south of Oahu, Dec. 7, 2017.
