Staff Sgt. Joseph Frangiosa Jr. a MV-22 Osprey maintenance controller for Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 165 receives the official thanks of the City of Havelock from Mayor Jimmy A. Sanders. During the ceremony, Sanders said, “We have a great deal of respect for the way you painstakingly pored over every figure and blade of grass depicted, and grateful that you leave behind a focal point of the Havelock exhibit for generations of students to see and understand about our history.”
