Colonel Thomas Vogel, deputy commanding officer of 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne), gives incoming 10th Group command sergeant major, Edward Pfannenstiel, a charge of orders during a change of responsibility ceremony Dec. 8th, 2017 at Fort Carson, Colorado. During the ceremony, Pfannenstiel challenged the noncommissioned officers and soldiers to earn the respect of their seniors, subordinates, and peers through their actions.
