The third session of the Regional Consultative Group (RCG) on Humanitarian Civil-Military Coordination for Asia and the Pacific concluded on Dec. 6 in Singapore. Participants represented ASEAN Coordinating Centre for Humanitarian Assistance on disaster management (AHA Centre), the Changi Regional Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief, Center for Excellence in Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance, International Federation of Red Cross, and Singapore Ministry of Defence.
