Robert E. Braithwaite, the deputy director for Marine Forces Reserve and Marine Forces North, receives the Outstanding Federal Executive/Agency Head award at the Audubon Nature Institute Tea Room here, May 4. Braithwaite received recognition from the New Orleans Federal Executive Board during public recognition week for his “perseverance in ensuring deploying reserve units are as fully manned, trained, and equipped as possible.” He provides the executive leadership, detailed oversight, and day-to-day direction necessary to ensure timely completion of missions.
