A local Djiboutian elder, scrapes old paint from a Dikhil High School wall April 19, during a civil affairs project involving members of the 402nd Civil Affairs Team. Along with supplying the school with a fresh coat of paint, the team is scheduled to renovate six classrooms and an office. The approximately $10,000 project is being completed with assistance from the Dikhil population, particularly the manual labor involved in the project.
