U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Cesar Rivera provides initial triage screening of patients seeking care at a recent Medical Capacity Program mission in Obock, Djibouti, May 5. Rivera was one of several 402nd Civil Affairs Battalion soldiers attached to Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa who teamed with the Djiboutian Health Ministry, local care providers, and other CJTF-HOA personnel to treat more than 1,800 Obock citizens during the two-day event.
