Australian Army Maj. Gen. Michael Krause, Deputy Chief of Plans Headquarters, International Security Assistance Force Joint Command, gives an opening statement during the May 16 press conference held at ISAF Headquarters in the capital city of Kabul, Afghanistan. Lt. Gen. David M. Rodriguez, IJC commander, and Alisa Stack, Senior Government and Development Advisor to Commander IJC, also provided statements during the press conference with regards to ISAF being on track in completing the transition to full Afghan responsibility for security by the end of 2014.
