Members of the 123rd Airlift Wing, Kentucky Air National, along with Human Service groups MASF, Mobile Aeromedical Staging Facility, and FEMA, Federal Emergency Management Agency, gather together, May 16, in Springfield, MO for a National Level Exercise. The NLE is a scenario of a 6.0 or higher earthquake on the New Madrid fault line. The combined operational forces between the Department of Defense and Human Services during this exercise, is the largest of its kind in our nation’s history.
