A student at the Salimpur Primary School watches as Marines with Marine Wing Support Squadron 472, Marine Wing Support Group 47, 4th Marine Aircraft Wing, Marine Forces Reserve, break down pillars on the roof of his school May 3. The Marines are a part of an engineering civic action program in support of the commemoration of Operation Sea Angel. On the evening of April 29, 1991, Cyclone Marian (Tropical Cyclone 02B) struck the Chittagong district of southeastern Bangladesh, killing approximately 139,000 people and leaving an estimated 10 million homeless.
