The Joint High-Speed Vessel USNS Millinocket (T-EPF-3) arrives in Subic Bay, Philippines, Nov. 21. Millinocket is assigned to Destroyer Squadron 7 in U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility, providing logistical solutions to the region's littorals and working hull-to-hull with partner navies to provide 7th Fleet with the flexible capabilities it needs now and in the future.
