Todd Aarhus of Marshalltown, Iowa, 1st Battalion, 133rd Infantry Regiment, explains how he used to confiscate more than 200 of these plastic jerry cans after inspecting more than 100 Third Country National semi trucks and trailers daily last summer at Forward Operating Base Trebil, Iraq.
