A jumpmaster with Germany’s 31st Airborne Brigade sends U.S. Special Operations Forces paratroopers out the mock door May 19 during prejump training at Camp McKall, N.C. Hundreds of soldiers from U.S. Army Special Operations Command and U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command participated in an airborne operation with the German Army here – earning themselves either the bronze, silver or gold German airborne wings.
