Sailors assigned to Maritime Expeditionary Security Squadrons 4 and 6 display body armor components to students from the Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Exchange program during a visit to Navy Expeditionary Combat Command March 3. The WHINSEC class, comprised of 20 foreign military officers, visited NECC to learn more about its capabilities.
