Members of the Air Force Reserve 36th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron and other Air National Guard AE squadrons head toward a C-17 Globemaster III aircraft from the 183rd Airlift Squadron to prepare it for simulated patient transport Oct. 30, 2017, during Southern Strike 2018 at the Gulfport Combat Readiness Training Center, Mississippi.
