U.S. 5TH FLEET AREA OF OPERATIONS (Nov. 29, 2017) – U.S. Marine Lance Cpl. Andrew Campbell, a crew chief assigned to Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron 352, Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force - Crisis Response - Central Command watches a KC-130J Hercules drogue deploy for an aerial refueling of a CH-53E Super Stallion assigned to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 161 (Reinforced), the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit’s (MEU) Aviation Combat Element in the Arabian Gulf. SPMAGTF-CR-CC is a well-trained, crisis response unit that has the ability to project combat power over vast distances using organic aviation, logistical, and ground combat assets.
