Louisiana National Guardsman Capt. Heather S. Englehart, the incoming commander of the 843rd Horizontal Engineer Company, receives the unit flag from Lt. Col. Michael Kazmierzak, the commander of the 205th Engineer Battalion, during a change of command ceremony held at the unit's headquarters in Franklinton, La., March 22, 2011. Englehart, a resident of New Orleans, is the first female to command the unit since its inception.
