PACIFIC OCEAN (Dec 23, 2017) – A Military Sealift Command civilian mariner uses a Naval Firefighters Thermal Imager during a damage control training drill aboard the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), while underway in the Pacific Ocean, Dec. 23.
