Quigley is a reserve component member from 6th Fleet reserve detachment 802 out of Navy Operational Support Center Atlanta helps two Moroccan special forces personnel with the correct application of a tunicate during exercise Phoenix Express 2011, May 25, 2011. PE-11, a multi-national maritime exercise between U.S., North African and European naval forces, commenced training here today. PE-11, a three-week evolution divided into two phases of training, is designed to enhance regional maritime partnerships.
