New York Army National Guard Lt. Col. Mark Frank, presents an American flag to the family of former U.S. Army Air Forces Lt. Edward Fulmer during memorial services for Fulmer held on Jan. 5, 2018 in Syracuse, N.Y. Fulmer was one of the last four living members of the Military Order of William, the Netherlands highest military award. He was honored by the Dutch for his heroism during the Operation Market-Garden airborne invasion of Holland in September, 1944. The New York Army National Guard Honor Guard supported the event.
