Andrea Gastaldo, the foreign Policy Advisor to U.S. Army North, places the Rome-Arno campaign streamer on the unit’s colors Jan. 5 during the 75th Anniversary of Fifth Army inside the historic Quadrangle at Fort Sam Houston.
