Galu Satele, an instructor from Fort Bliss' U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy and coach of Team Bliss Stryker rugby, puts the final touches on his lineups before the Celtic 7s Rugby Tournament at Balloon Fiesta Park at Albuquerque, N.M., May 21. With help from veteran rugby players from across post, Satele is looking to return the game of rugby to a high level at Bliss.
