Justin Williams, a special intelligence system administrator and communicator with 1st Radio Battalion, I Marine Expeditionary Force, performs a radio check with a 117-F radio during a communication exercise at Camp Pendleton, Calif., May 25. All aspects of radio were utilized in the exercise, including line of sight transmitting, satellite and short wave transmissions.
