YOKOSUKA, Japan (Jan. 11, 2018) Yeoman 2nd Class Kenneth Rivera, assigned to Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), selects uniform accoutrements for the new Type III working uniforms at the Navy Exchange uniform shop onboard CFAY. After successful logistic negotiations, the Navy Exchange and Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka received the new Type III Navy Working Uniforms nearly a year ahead of schedule. FLEACT Yokosuka provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of the 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and more than 27,000 military and civilian personnel.
