James Foggo III speaks with officers assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Donald Cook (DDG 75) during a visit to Naval Station Rota, Spain. Foggo met with the Sailors assigned to Cook and Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Porter (DDG 78) to discuss the recent comprehensive review along with their role, safety and mission at sea.
