Maj. Ward Nikki Ward (right), 375th AES chief of standardization and evaluations, briefs the AE team, consisting of Flight Examiner Staff Sgt. Kelsey Carli, Ambulance Services Technician Senior Airman Kayode Idris, and Executive Officer Capt. Crystal Love, on their performance during their simulated training, Dec. 5, 2017, Scott Air Force Base, Ill. It’s designed to provide AE crew members a realistically simulated clinical experience to challenge their thinking and problem solving skills in an environment that mimics the aircraft experience.
