Sgt. Elliott Apfel, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), inspects several dummy rifles at the Training Support Center December 7, 2017 as part of the Eagle Senior Gunner course. Elliott is part of the revamped two-week senior gunner course class, which focused on the process that goes in to planning, preparing and executing unit-level training events, as well as how to schedule mandatory training events throughout the year. As part of the course, senior leaders toured the TSC to see the many training assets available to be checked out for training events. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt.
