A Special Forces communications course assistant instructor observes an Iraqi security forces member during the final test of the communications course at Camp Taji, Iraq, Jan. 17, 2018. The curriculum at building and enhancing partner capacity sites includes: leadership, ethics and law of war training and instruction.
