Construction Soldiers assigned to the 561st Engineer Company, 84th Engineer Battalion, 130th Engineer Brigade, 8th Theater Sustainment Command, ensure a memorial is strapped safely down at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, on Jan. 24, 2018.
