COMBAT OUTPOST SHUKVANI, Helmand province, Islamic Republic of Afghanistan -- Brigadier Gen. Michael Dana, the commanding general of 2nd Marine Logistics Group, is escorted through the outpost by the commanding officer of Georgia’s 33rd Light Infantry Battalion, May 23. Dana was ensuring the Marines and soldiers are receiving proper support from 2nd MLG, and assessing what can be done to further ensure their mission success.
