Odierno, commander, U.S. Joint Forces Command and parade Grand Marshal his and wife, Linda watch with City of Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel and other key senior military and governmental officials during the Chicago Memorial Day parade. The theme of this year’s parade was “Honoring Our Cadets” and the Chicago metropolitan area is home to several junior Reserve Officer Training Corps programs covering all four services.
