Command Sgt. Maj. Kenneth Graham (center) – now the former command sergeant major of the 23rd Chemical Battalion – takes a sword meant to symbolize the Army non-commissioned officer corps during a change of responsibility ceremony at Wilson Gym on North Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., June 1, in which Graham fully relinquished responsibility of the battalion.
