Maj. David Aumack, 321st Air Expeditionary Wing Safety flight safety officer, takes aim at a bird on the north end of the airport June 3 as part of the Bird/Wildlife Aircraft Strike Hazard program. Advisors from the Iraq Training and Advisory Mission – Air are planning to train the Iraqi air force on airfield management techniques, like the BASH program, in the coming months.
